I am soon to perform Bach at Coventry Cathedral this Easter which I am very much looking forward to, singing the bass solos in the St John Passion

I am very proud that yesterday I had the honour of singing for Sir Thomas Allen in a masterclass as part of The London Song Festival and was awarded 2nd Prize by The British Music Society in the British Art Song Competition. Together with pianist Somi Kim we performed John Ireland’s Great Things (Thomas Hardy) and Mary Plumstead’s Ha’nacker Mill (Hilaire Belloc)


I am very excited and proud to be performing today at Midday with Timothy End at The Holywell Music Room, Oxford as part of this year’s Lieder Festival. We shall be performing Brahms Verrat, Schubert Der Fischer and Schumann Belsatzar. We feel extremely fortunate for such a wonderful week here on the Mastercourse learning from a dream team of tutors: Thank you Wolfgang Holzmair, Julius Drake, Matti Hirvonen, Richard Stokes, Sarah Walker and Robert Holl 


Very much looking forward to singing the role of Simon in Handel’s Judas Maccabaeus in Bordeaux next month with Michel Laplénie and Ensemble Sagittarius
